Please what about jumping but adding that the gsd 4 month puppy also bites, sees your hands as chew toys and constantly jumps and bites? Please help with advice. The stepping of leash doesn't work as you get bitten setting up and/or puppy switches to biting legs
What a horror! If you don't want thw dog to jump, just don't talk to him and try to down his brain frecuency. It's a mistake to say "not jump" while constantly you are talking to him, to excited him, clap hands.. big mistake. Just come into the room, ignore him, don't talk to him and automatically the dog won't jump for sure.
I tried this at the vet clinic. My dog loses her mind when the techs come near here. The problem is since I’m close to her she can still reach me and was scratching and biting at me.
I have a Shar Pei named Daisy who just turned 1, and she is perfect …except for jumping because she gets all excited when interacting. She's knocked down the neighbor's granddaughters, and though the girls are tough and laughing it off while playing, I don't want Daisy to end up jumping on someone with medical problems or elderly. Appreciate your help more than you could ever know, so tysm, and I hope you have a wonderful day!! 🐶🫶
Thanks for the useful tips on how to get dogs to stop jumping. We also have a short little video on why dogs jump on people if you guys are interested: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/mSvAqnuzdNM

What if u have multiple guests coming over at different times? Do u repeat this with each guest?
Would this work too if the dog wears a harness?
THANKYOU!! Can't wait to try it!!
I like it!

great dog but too big for the house
Can you use this technique with a gentle leader on? Or should it only be used with a flat collar?
After I saw the result – I hit subscribe sooo fast. I’m about to start binging all your videos!
How do we correct jumping and craziness when it’s not a guess and you are coming home alone entering the house with no one to hold the dog?
I'd like to see the next guest at the door
How long does this work
Extremely solid technique. Have a sub
What collar does he have on ?

What if my dog jumps on ME
WHATS UPDOG 😂
Ok this works for other people but when I go out of back door she jumps on me. I can leave a leash on her all the time so what do I do
That was smooth but of course you’ve practiced with them already 😂😂😂
Looks just like our dog. And acts like her also. Yep, we'll start this TODAY. Thanks. Great video.

I've looked at other training methods and always come back to Joel, none of the gimmicky shock or spike collars, common sense that works.
What if my guests don’t like dogs and won’t give them attention, for example my mother in law and father in law
what is updog?
Of course he’s a doodle
No for the pit bull
