Well I got a huskey, she has bit me twice, one time because I scolded her for chewing up yard ornaments, the second time for groweling and getting aggressive with the dogs I had before her. Im starting to get afraid of her. I have tried all Cesars things and it is still not working. I belive my next appointment with her vet may be her last. I cant afford Cesar, and I'm so sad over it, but I cant have a dog I'm afraid of. So sometimes Cesars training just doesn't work.
Not true 👎 it's call tracking. The dog tracks every movement that the owner make until the owner leaves for the day. They continued to do the same the next day. Neglecting doesn't work
My dog barks like crazy every time he hears something. Even the people who live in the house! If one of us is coming down the stairs, he'll start barking until he sees who it is. Every.single.time.
i dont think my dog barks because she's excited to meet people.. she actially does not really like meeting people ^^U ..so im not sure this would work for me
You have helped me for the last 15 years raise four dogs. All are still living a happy life. I believe that keeping a dog that is not full of anxiety and stress extends their lives. Cesar, you have been an instrumental part of not only my life, my wife's life but our dog's lives. I appreciate all the videos you put out because our new little puppy is quite the handful. I started watching you back when you had a TV show. Even though I was a young adult, I would try and tell my parents that your training is instrumental for their dogs
I’m not sure about this one! My dog will jump on a statue. He’s just a bundle of energy. He can’t stand to be by himself or he’ll go absolutely bonkers. But I’ll give it a shot. What do I have to lose🤷🏾♂️
My neighbor won’t do this. How do I stop the dos from barking from across the alleyway? I do not have contact with the dogs other than visual. Do the dog whistles work?
I wish my husband would take this advice! Our large dog jumps on everyone including our kids, he has hurt us on accident from excitement, runs away, doesn't listen often. Im a petite woman, but I try to discipline the dog and teach him since he hasn't been aggressive, he's just always excited- but my husband undoes everything I teach the dog. It's super frustrating.
OK so I have rescued a 1.5 year old German Shepherd he was skin and bone zero muscle zero energy zero love. Very sad so anyway I brought him home he was showing signs of abuse as well. Scared of touch scared of my other two rescue dogs. I have been feeding him very well with goats milk and quail eggs. As well as taking him to the dog park to get him used to our other two dogs and other people and their dogs. Somedays is better then others. I guess I should mention he and my other two dogs are now best friends. Atlas the German is now playful and has energy and is starting to run and is finally acting like the puppy he is. I've started training him the moment I got him to sit come stay paw and fetch n bring back. My question and issue I am having is his barking. I can't get him to stop barking I have tried you methods and still nothing the second he's outside he barks at nothing lol please what do I do and how can I stop him from barking so much I'm afraid if he doesn't stop I will be reported and have get rid of him. Also he barks alot at males mostly at the dog park. He does scare other people.
Tbh, the primary function of barking was to alarm us that someone unfamiliar is within our visible area. Teaching a dog not to bark is also teaching them not to warn us when a potential threat is near. I disagree with doing this. In the future, it will lead to dogs attacking when the threat is imminent, leading to possible injury to the dog and the unknown person.
My house mate runs a hair salon from here home where we live she has a little dog that barks and barks everytime a client comes to the door or even when their car pulls up out the front .. The dog continues to bark as we greet the guest and they come inside .. How do we stop this Australia 🦘🌏?? 🌸
Cesar is a fantastic dog trainer. I’m in a wheelchair and found it difficult to walk my dog until I saw his show and put into practice what he said, loose lead, make dog walk next to me. It’s transformed our daily walk. Thank you Cesar, would have loved to have met you. Take care. ❤
I need your 😢 help. I have an almost at 2 year old cane corso that has pulled us down and around. We love him to pieces and he’s super spoiled. He will jump on people when they come to our house, bark at anyone even though our front windows. We take him camping but it’s a struggle with the barking and chasing after other ppl and dogs and pulling constantly. Please help us!!
I already ignore other peoples dogs when I meet them. I greet the person first and only talk to the person. Eventually when the dog is calm, respectful, and sits down then I greet them.
My husband does opposite to what I have learned in every situation! My house is a barking kennel noises so bad, I'm wanting to leave!!!! I train, he undoes my work!!!

How do I stop my neighbors (who is aggressive/fearful dog) from barking at me? He's so aggressive!
Ever since I got my American bulldog, I do this every single time I get home and he still is excited and won't settle down for a while😂

I have a beagle mix. Hondo will jump on anyone that comes in the house or backyard. I can't get him to stop.
