What pisses me off is that the city planners were stupid enough to not put the crosswalk through the median and not before it. God, how are people this stupid?
Dogs are amazing. We are so lucky to be in their presence. Currently have 13 year old shepherd, had him since he was 4 weeks old. He’s healthy and happy, hope he has a few more years left.
They say dogs have equivalent intelligence to the average 3 year human. What they don't tell you is that the average 3 year human is more intelligent than the average adult human when driving a car…
There's a reason why the dog is man's best friend. Dog's are a lot smarter than you think and It's amazing to see them adapt to modern life technology. The dog was like, "No, it's not safe, stay with me!"
Ngl, looks like you shook the leash to signal your dog to walk, then shook it again to make him stop, then a little shake and right hand movement to say go again. In other words, BS.
I personally think all crossing and intersection should have a wall that raises up or an arm barrier, to physically block the road when people are crossing and your lane isn't supposed to be going. It's literally the only way to actually stop these people, they will refuse to stop of nothing is directly in front of them, and they don't care about pedestrians. We need to have actual barriers to block traffic so everyone all has to stop and follow the rules. And anyone who disagrees, you're obviously the assholes who can't follow rules so stfu, no one wants to hear it. Law abiding drivers wouldn't be inconvenienced by a physical barrier, do it just like we do at train crossings, an arm comes down and you have no choice to stop if there's an active crossing or red light, you don't get to say "but I'm more important, I'm not waiting like all these other people, I wanna go now!" And just plow through because it looks like you have enough room. People are not gonna just become more mature and shape up, you have to use physical barriers to force rule adhesion now.
This is why I teach my children never to just assume people will stop for you at a crossing and to wait until they notice you and slow down before starting to cross. And of course to give a friendly wave when they do.
It’s important to change our vocabulary from hit by a car, as if it’s a self driving vehicle, to hit by a driver. A person CHOOSES to hit people with their car by not paying attention and driving carefully
I hate people who don’t follow the rules of the road like those flashing yellow signs are there to tell you to stop for the pedestrian. Lucky you had a SD but another might just have a cane an have to solely rely on their hearing and instinct. Not saying you don’t either but a person with a cane would’ve continued to walk and would’ve been most likely hit

Damn who wouldn't stop for someone who is blind 😭

@FrMikeSchnitz… At your Frat House, are your students allowed to keep emotional support animals ("pat therapy"? 🐩🐾🐱🐦🐰❓
Because you have guide dog are you blind? And if you are then how do you know to tell him to go or know where you are
Wait! Why aren’t the cars stopping?
Not stopping when someone is already halfway on the zebra walk is one of the lowest things you can do as a driver

This is ultimate trust. ❤❤❤
If only drivers paid as much attention as dogs.
100% guarantee that driver was a straight guy. gays don't act like that.

i hope you reported the license plate to the police so they can get the ticket or the warning they deserve.
Dog has way higher IQ than the driver.

In a cross walk, PEDESTRIANS have the RIGHT Of Way! I swear nobody took the same drivers test as me 🤦🏻♀️
Good dog!
Bad driver! Bad, bad, bad!
Elwin is a good dog. Also, he's a lot smarter than the person driving that car.
But then, who isn't?

How do you know it has flashing lights? Do you have some vision?
Drivers like that make me hopping mad
I wish my dogs knew how to do this
the douche in the car should have stopped.
Amazing work by that very well trained doggo ❤ he knew just what to do. ❤❤❤❤
I am suprised that car doesnt stopped in my country when someone is on crosswalk already you must stop and everything that happen is drivers fault
gib him da met he iss gooodododo
You can even see him look to see if there are any cars, the first half of the road he looked the wrong way but still that it quite incredible
