my dog separation anxiety is bad. I will have go to school soon and even work, and she whines only when I leave even if anyone is home. 🙁 I hate it because it is annoying my family, but also because I want my dog to be calm without me.
It’s not just so attach to the owners but some maybe psychological? I just adopted this 10 pound cute Maltese from a local humane society, she was found on the side of the road with her 3 babies and another small dog inside a crate . When I got her, I realized she has two major problems (beside that she is almost perfect 😅) she has severe separation anxiety, when I left her alone is the hose for a grocery shopping, she starts in the panic attack, I have this video camera, I see for every mins she barks, she runs around between the front and back doors, she scratches my door, barks none stop!! Also for whatever whenever she sees another dog on the street she starts barking aggressively, not to humans, just dogs, but when I had another dog in the house with her she was totally cool, just she sees one on the street… now I can’t take her outside in the “normal” hours and I do hide and seek whenever I see other dogs… 😢😢 I almost thought about to give her back because I am thinking to move into an apartment and she will be a huge problem if she barks none stop 😢😢
These things don’t work at all it’s one thing her doing it but a totally different things whe the owners doing it going to be two completely different reactions
I have a two year-old Terry Chihuahua and I am just now getting him to get used to being inside his kennel without whining and it’s been two years. He cries all the time when I’m here and he can’t sit by me or even when I’m gone, he’s crying until the time I get back. He even cries when I’m in the restroom if he can’t see me. It’s a lot, but I’m on this journey to help him.
I'd love to be able to watch this video as my dog has this problem. Unfortunately the 'background' music is so high that it's impossible for anyone with auditory issues to follow. So frustrating, I'll make sure to stop any further suggestions from this channel as they are no use to me with my auditory processing disorder. Such a shame as the little I watched appeared to be helpful content.
Even the captions can't understand what is said, so totally inaccessible.
lo You folks don't get it, you not training the dog, the dog is training you to be the way he wants! simple! I grew up around many dogs and eventually they learn, if you emphasize on things that does not matter then you create a problem. The way she communicated with the dog is a problem, you have to assert your authority. My dog is super attached to me, but telling him to simply sit is not going to cut it, you are being trained not the dog! so the dog will sturdy you like a book . best way is to be firm! When i say sit ,I mean it, the tone of your voice is also important but the treat tricks to me all that is us being trained , we training ourselves to be accepted by the dog!
Growing up, I never even heard of separation anxiety for a dog. And I had over 15 dogs in my lifetime. What in the world has happened to our pups? When puppies start out with it and grown dogs are experiencing it too, it’s nuts.
Sorry, but she had to watch the situation twice… not sure why anyone would not refer to Cesar Millan. He never watches repeated problems. Usually, he’s intervening before the first demonstration is complete. No disrespect intended. Just, when there is a master, why watch several rungs down?

You can't cure separation anxiety, it can be manageable but not cured
The "trainer" never actually left the dogs line of sight during the stay training
😢I'm starting to hate him like fk off and let me breathe,
Music ruined everything

I've stood up & immediately sat down again about a 1000 times in a row to get some dogs to quit following me to the loo 😂

My dog is so attached to me if I move 2 feet away she will follow but out in the backyard she has zero recall and ignores me 😂😂😂
Scooby, looking up at his parents, like you brought this woman here to ruin everything 😂😂😂😂😂

These types of videos should be labeled "watch before u get a dog" i can guarantee u, its best NOT to get a dog. Animals dont belong in a house.
People forget dogs have short lives so just enjoy their company while you can
