My pugs have to be with someone at all times. I recently lost my job and my pups love it. My partner still is working there so I’m okay with not having a job right now, but sadly I will have to get another job in a couple months. But they have been loving me being home.
Not sure if my dogs have anxiety. Ruzo might cause we got him at 5 months, and he was not in a good place before we got him. But we got izzy at 8 weeks. She kind of mocks Ruzo. So Ruzo might have given Izzy anxiety lol. Not sure if it’s possible. Izzy and Ruzo have the same dad, but different moms.
But anyways. Ruzo needs to be touching someone. When we sleep, he sleeps either on me or my partner. Izzy is okay laying by herself, but she does love to cuddle as well. Ruzo also loves sitting right by or on top of us when we sit on the couch.
Ruzo doesn’t really show many signs except for wanting to be touched.
I love my pups. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by them wanting to be so close to me, But I have to remember that I’m all they have for 8 hours. So I have to suck it up. I accepted the responsibility for caring for these pups when I got them. I love them with my whole heart so it’s so worth it. They also help me with my anxiety attacks.
Sadly, they don’t like people. They barely like my partners parents. And they see them at least once a month. Sometimes two times a month. His mom is the one who went and got them with me.
I just don’t know what to do at times. But everyday I do my best. I want them to like people. My best friend doesn’t like coming over cause they bark non stop when she’s here. She stays usually for 3 days, and all 3 days bark bark bark. It’s overwhelms her.
I need to get them trained by a professional. But that’s a lot of money. And now that I’m not working. I cannot afford that.
